We offer as variety of Boogie Mama classes that incorporate dance and fitness (and fun) into each class, and will help you tone and tighten while enjoying movement.
Couples Classes:
Date night has never been so much fun! This is the perfect class to reconnect with your partner on the dance floor.
Learn a variety of styles of dance and have some laughs.
